I received your toppers and they do not seem to fit is there an issue?

No, there is no issue. Yes, our toppers do fit.

They were made intentionally tight. Address the foot switch at a 45° angle and press firmly.

Please note:

If you are using HX Line 6 style toppers with a magnet. If the connection to the touch capacitance is not working remove the foot switch.

Press the magnet in towards the foot switch a little bit and reinstall your connection should be reestablished.

I received a shipping notice but it appears that it has not been received by the shipper, where is my package?

Here is my work flow (please remember I am a one-man show):

  • Receive Order

  • Print Paper Packing List

  • Prepare Materials

    • Check stock

      • If out of stock, order materials

  • Produce Items in Batches for Multiple Orders

    • Many orders include multiple products to prepare

  • Batch Print Shipping Labels

    • This initiates the fulfillment process, involving hours of careful order selection and sorting

      • It's the beginning of the process

      • Post-printing, occasional issues might delay the transfer to the shipper.

  • Pack Order

  • Transfer to the shipper
